Account Changes Made During WebMerge Setup
When connecting your TrackVia account to WebMerge, you are authorizing changes to your account. Some of these changes are made by the TrackVia Support team, and others are made automatically by the WebMerge integration. The following new resources will be added to your account and connected with your existing data:
- An integration called WebMerge Integration will be added to your account.
- An application titled WebMerge Templates App will be created.
- A table titled WebMerge Templates will be added to this application. When the integration is configured, this table will become a parent table to any tables used as source data for WebMerge. The relationship will be named Link to WebMerge - ###, where ### reflects the ID of the source data table. Note: This relationship name cannot be changed.
- A dashboard titled WebMerge Setup will be created in the WebMerge Templates App.
- A child table called WebMerge Destination - ### will be added to any tables used as source data for WebMerge.
- A view called WebMerge Filtered View - ### with a filter called WebMerge Filter - ### will be created in the source data table.
- A field called WebMerge Error Field will be added to the source data tables. Note: This field name cannot be changed.
The diagram below summarizes these changes. Newly added resources are highlighted in green.
These changes will be visible in your existing application's ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) view.
