Data integrity is important for any organization, but there are times when two identical records can be created accidentally. The more records that you have, the harder it can be to find duplicates.
A great way to find duplicate records is to create a Grouped View, group your records by identifying fields, and count the number of records that match those criteria.
Then, you can apply a Descending Sort to the Count of Records column in your Grouped View (see green box below) so that any grouping with a count greater than one appears at the top of the list.
If you find any with a count greater than 1, open the group to compare the records and determine which one should be kept, and which can be deleted as a duplicate!
