Views Overview
A view displays the records from one table in your app, showing only the fields and records relevant to a specific task or role. Records appear as rows and fields as columns, or as a chart, and your admin decides what each view includes, so people in different roles can see different views of the same data.
Views matter because they are where the actual work happens. A dashboard summarizes your data at a glance, but a view is where you find a specific record, work through a list, and open records to see their details. The right views put exactly the information you need in front of you, without the clutter of everything else in the table.
